Jon Penfold

Jon joined the Beechbrook Capital Advisory Board in 2016 and sits on the UK SME Investment Committee. Jon has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial sector having worked at Ernst and Young, Charterhouse, 3i and the Royal Bank of Scotland where he was MD of a mezzanine/equity fund. Since leaving RBS he has worked at Big Society Capital and more recently has raised funds to create a new social investment financial institution.
