We provide mezzanine finance and equity co-investments to support buy-outs of businesses by private equity. We also finance add-ons and expansion projects. Our main area of focus is Northern Europe where we have extensive relationships with private equity and corporate finance houses. We use these relationships to originate a strong supply of attractive investment opportunities for our funds.

Our fund investors are institutions that see mezzanine as an attractive complement to private equity, demonstrating good relative value for the risks taken. We regularly offer our investors co-investment opportunities.

Beechbrook was established in 2008 with a highly experienced team. We will launch further funds in due course, tailoring them to market conditions and investor demand.
